Dr. Jennifer grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She knew at a very young age that she wanted to pursue veterinary medicine as a career. She completed her undergraduate studies at Auburn University, and then remained there to receive her DVM from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.
During the summers of veterinary school, Dr. Jennifer completed numerous aquatic and marine mammal programs in the Florida Keys, Sarasota and Woods Hole, MA. Despite a marine mammal veterinary opportunity in Florida, she still felt called to be an exclusive small animal veterinarian.
As fate would have it, she moved to Atlanta after graduation in 2005, met her now-husband, and has never looked back! Dr. Jennifer enjoys all aspects of small animal practice, but has special interests in dentistry, surgery, and geriatric medicine. She values building lasting relationships with people by caring for their pets. She thoroughly enjoys helping owners navigate through all stages of their pet’s life.
In her free time, Dr. Jennifer loves to try new restaurants, watch HGTV, exercise, be a "personal shopper" for friends, and relax with family. She is blessed with two energetic and loving children.
Dr. Jennifer and her family were fortunate enough to have the most perfect Dachshund, Sunny, for 16 years. They love their spunky beta fish, Ruby, and hope to add another furry friend to the mix in the near future.
